By booking a walking tour with Step Through Time Tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

01 Services

Step Through Time Tours provides guided walking tours of London. Each tour description, duration, and meeting point are provided on the website.

 

02 Bookings and payment

• All tours must be booked in advance through our website.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

•  A booking is confirmed once payment is received and confirmation is emailed to you.

 

03 Cancellations and refunds

• If you give Step Through Time Tours a minimum of 1 week's notice of cancellation of a booking, you will receive a full refund. If less than 1 week's notice is given, you will receive a 50% refund. However, no refund will be given if you cancel after 6pm on the day before your tour

• If Step Through Time Tours needs to cancel your tour for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

 

04 Guest responsibilities

• Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point on time.

• Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings during the tour.

• Step Through Time Tours reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.

 

05 Liability

• Tours are conducted with reasonable care and skill.

• Mitch’s London is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during the tour unless caused by our negligence.

 

06 Intellectual property

All content on the Step Through Time Tours website (text, photos, logos) is owned by Step Through Time Tours and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

07 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

 

08 Changes

Step Through Time Tours may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the new date.
